1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pinoy Time. By accessing or using any part of the pinoytime.asia website, mobile interface, or any related services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Pinoy Time governed by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all users — whether you are browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any card or casino game on the Pinoy Time platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Pinoy Time platform. Pinoy Time reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
Age verification: Pinoy Time implements age verification procedures during and after registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, minus any bonus amounts already used.
3. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one active Pinoy Time account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
Accurate Information Required
When registering at Pinoy Time, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and valid Philippine contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pinoy Time account credentials. Never share your password or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone — including people claiming to be Pinoy Time support staff. Genuine Pinoy Time support will never ask you for your password or payment PINs. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately using the email on this page.
Account Verification (KYC)
Pinoy Time may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document submission before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine ID cards, passport, driver's licence, or similar valid identification. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed on business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay generally clear within thirty minutes during banking hours. Pinoy Time reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above standard thresholds.
Funds Belonging to You
Deposits to Pinoy Time must come from payment sources registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using payment sources that do not belong to you is prohibited. If Pinoy Time identifies a mismatch between the account holder name and the payment source, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
No Third-Party Transfers
Pinoy Time will only process withdrawals back to the same method and account used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to protect our members from fraud and complies with anti-money laundering regulations applicable to online gaming platforms in the Philippines.
Tip: Always ensure your GCash or Maya account name matches your Pinoy Time registered name exactly. Mismatches are the most common cause of withdrawal delays on the platform.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All games and betting markets on Pinoy Time are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game client or market page. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside those game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific rules apply to that particular activity.
Bet Confirmation
A bet or game wager placed on Pinoy Time is binding once confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or voided by the player except in circumstances explicitly covered by game-specific rules (such as a cancelled sporting event). Always review your selection and stake before confirming.
Insufficient Funds
Pinoy Time will not accept bets that exceed the available balance in your account wallet. The platform deducts the stake amount from your wallet at the moment of bet confirmation. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
Betting on Sporting Events
For PBA Betting and Esports Betting markets, results are settled based on official final results from the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. Pinoy Time follows industry-standard settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, and cancelled events. Specific settlement policies are displayed within each market.
Error and Malfunction
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds or game results on Pinoy Time, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Pinoy Time is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Random Number Generation
All digital card games and casino games on Pinoy Time use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Live Dealer games use physical cards dealt in real time. Neither system can be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the player or the platform.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Pinoy Time platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Colluding with other players in any game, including chip dumping, intentional loss, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the Pinoy Time platform in a manner not intended for regular players.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability — whether or not the exploit results in a financial gain. Any gains from exploits are not withdrawable and will be reversed.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming intent.
- Attempting to access another player's Pinoy Time account or any part of the platform's back-end systems without authorisation.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Pinoy Time staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Allowing a third party to access or use your Pinoy Time account, regardless of whether they have your permission.
Pinoy Time monitors account activity for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Investigation results are considered final and binding. Players found in breach of this section will be notified in writing where possible, but emergency account suspension may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform or other members.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pinoy Time platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and database structures — is the property of Pinoy Time or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of Pinoy Time.
Accessing the Pinoy Time platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, extract, or reproduce any part of the site's data, content, or code.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pinoy Time provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Pinoy Time is not liable for:
- Losses arising from gambling activities on the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults or RNG outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Pinoy Time's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your Pinoy Time account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.
Suspension by Pinoy Time
Pinoy Time may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if it reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions; the account holder has provided false identity information; suspicious financial activity has been detected; or the account holder has been found to have previously self-excluded or been banned from any Pinoy Time service.
In cases where suspension is due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Pinoy Time will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a period of twelve consecutive months. Pinoy Time will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy procedure. Applicable terms for inactive accounts, including any dormancy fees, are disclosed at registration and remain subject to update with notice.
11. Changes to These Terms
Pinoy Time reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or a platform notification before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last reviewed.
If you disagree with any updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Pinoy Time platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the Pinoy Time platform that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Before initiating any formal dispute, we ask that you first contact the Pinoy Time support team and allow a reasonable period — generally fourteen (14) calendar days — for a resolution to be reached informally. Most issues raised in good faith are resolved at this stage.
